Returning an item
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@atelierjapan.com. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item to us.
The item must be in its original packaging and condition, otherwise we can not refund your purchase.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Return fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: earrings and personalised or custom-made products.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund under our Returns Policy, and place a new order for the desired products.
My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We pack every order with great care, but accidents can happen during transit. Please email us at hello@atelierjapan.com within 7 working days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and the box.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund. There is no need for you to return the broken item.
