Delivery
When will my order ship?
We dispatch goods within one week, excluding the year-end and New Year period, as well as Japan's Obon holiday in mid-August.
We use EMS for shipping, which takes approximately five to seven days. Goods will reach you within about two weeks in total.
If there is a delay to the dispatch, we will contact you by email. Please also email us with any individual enquiries.
