⬧Background of the product

In the vast plum grove under the management of　Ayabe City, located in the Tamba region of Kyoto, we started with the concept of wanting to turn the plums that disappear without being harvested into a product that many people can taste. The plum grove is
properly managed throughout the year, so compared to other plums, the fruit size and thick flesh are characteristic.

 

⬧Product features of YUZU UME

This syrup is made from 100% ripe plums harvested for one week from late June to early July every year. These precious plums are carefully sorted one by one and harvested at the right time. The mellow aroma and richness unique to fully ripe plums spreads in the
mouth, and the sweet flavor of citrus fruits like mango is a feature. The combination of domestic yuzu juice adds a sharp sourness, making it a popular product especially in the summer. (additive-free product diluted
