Kunitake is a special junmai sake made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice, a specially cultivated rice by Masayasu Tanaka in Tottori Prefecture. The “kun” in “kun-drop” is a Chinese character for “earth” and “growth,” meaning the earth that makes all things grow. It has the meaning of a drop from the earth.
