Sake brewery introduction :Shotoku Sake Brewery
Founded in 1645 in Rakuchu, Kyoto. Moved to its current location in Fushimi during the Taisho era. In 1973, the Pure Japanese Sake Association was established based on the idea that “pure sake made from only rice, rice malt, and water is the true form of sake” and Shotoku was one of the founding members. We are a member of this association, and our sake brewing process is based on the idea that “pure sake made from rice, rice malt, and water is the true form of sake”.
