Sake brewery introduction :Sasaki Sake Brewery
Located near Nijo Castle in the heart of Kyoto, the Sasaki Sake Brewery brews all of its sake at the former site of Jurakudai, using “Kinmeisui” and “Ginmeisui,” which are said to have been used by Sen no Rikyu in the tea ceremony, as the brewing water. It is also known as the birthplace of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
